Bob is one of the most creative and thoughtful individuals I have worked with in the past twenty years. His passion to get to the heart of the matter and incorporate all of the available information that matters while leaving out extraneous and distracting information is a skill any problem solver (or problem owner) will admire. In so many cases I have seen organizations get constricted in their thinking surrounded by artificial barriers which Bob can slice through by reframing the problem statement in a better and more actionable way.
